Provided Engineering services to design a repair to remove two existing columns and a W-beam header and install a new steel column. Property was restored to its original condition so that a new tenant could move in and redesign the interior to accommodate a large conference room. The Structures Group also provided shoring, structural repair work and concrete work required.
