This project is part of a revitalization of Mesa. The owner’s vision to provide a high-end office necessitated retrofitting much of the original building. Multiple buildings were connected with a new roof, framing at the perimeter was removed and replaced, and broken trusses were repaired.
Materials : Wood trusses, glulam beams, 2x framing, wood sheathing.
Scope : Roof retrofit. Truss repair.
