One instance in which we provided emergency structural repairs was for Mesa Industries. The building owner needed to get the roof repaired ASAP in order to get the machines housed in the room where the damage was, back up and running. To make the client’s life easier, we worked for them as the general contractor and hired the necessary subcontractors ourselves. 

Work included the demolition and removal of the damaged roofing material, including a broken glulam beam. We also coordinated the removal and replacement of the insulation and acoustic ceiling grid in the affected room. Finally, we furnished and installed a new glulam beam and new roofing material. 

All Aboard America Commercial Roof Repair

We were able to keep the All Aboard America facility operational during the entire repair procedure. We removed and replaced the damaged roof structure, including 21 wood trusses that were compromised during the incident that caused the damage. The tour bus maintenance and repair depot was able to function normally while we completed the emergency roof repairs.
