The owner wanted an exposed steel deck for the service area of this car dealership. However, the cost of an all steel structure was outside their budget. The Structures Group designed each area using materials that best fit the situation, including wood and steel decks, wood and steel beams and even I-joists over the carwash.

Size : 45,000 sq.ft.
Materials : Steel joists, W-beams, steel joist girders, bowstring joists and girders, steel deck
Scope : Service, Showroom, Write-Up, Toy Barn, and Car Wash roofs. Steel Canopies.
